This page explains how you can manage privacy, account, and data-related requests for EDSO Gut Guide.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your account directly inside the iPhone app at any time:

• Open More
• Open Settings
• Scroll to Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion prompts

Deleting your account removes your access and starts deletion of the associated account data from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

2. Ask for Access, Correction, Portability, or Deletion

If you would like help with any privacy request, contact us at privacy@edsogutguide.com. You can ask to:

• Access the personal data linked to your account
• Correct inaccurate account information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Request a portable export of your data where available
• Ask questions about how your information is used

3. Contact Us From Inside the App

You can also contact the team from inside the app:

• Open More
• Open Contact Us
• Choose a topic such as Bug report, Feature request, Billing & subscription, Account & privacy, or General question

4. Subscription and Billing Notes

If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple manages billing, renewal, and cancellation through your App Store account. Website subscriptions are managed separately from the website billing flow.
